Honest companies do still exist. My old house built in 1957 was starting to have some issues with doors not closing fully and some popped drywall seams on the ceiling. I had originally called another company ( it rhymes with Scam Jack) who told me I needed $14K in piers and bracing. I called OFS for a second opinion. Grant was a lifesaver and gave it to me straight. He didn’t see any evidence requiring such extensive work and said he wouldn’t feel right taking my money. He recommended hiring an engineer for a detailed report. The engineer’s report and recommendation was just a fraction of what the first company insisted I needed. They saved me about $10k in unnecessary repairs. Grant, thank you for being a good honest person and representing OFS well. I can’t recommend them enough!

Five years ago we purchased an old farmhouse. At the time of purchase the dining room floor was only slightly unlevel. About 4 months ago, we noticed the hallway and part of the dining room floor had a 1 1/2 to 2 inch drop, making the floor extremely unlevel. Charles, with Oklahoma Foundation Solutions, came to our house to assess the problem, and provided us with a reasonable price quote. Charles explained the problem, along with the solution to the existing problem. The next day, we made an appointment with Oklahoma Foundation Solutions to get the problem resolved. On appointment day, the box truck arrived with all the supplies needed to fix the problem, and the crew in their vehicles. Without hesitation, Tony, James, and the crew got to work.Tony and James identified the exact locations inside our home where the beams and piers needed to be. This information was then given to the crew, and reconfirmed between Tony and James through communication back and forth between the floor and crawl space. They used levels and precision measurements to be precise in the locations of the repairs. The team was highly professional, detailed, timely, precise, and thorough. The job was completed within a 4 hour period. My husband, and I would highly recommend Oklahoma Foundation Solutions for any foundation work. In fact, when we update the rest of our home, we will be using Oklahoma Foundation Solutions.

I’d highly recommend these guys if you need foundation work. Estimate was honest and their price per pier was comparable to the 3 other companies I contacted. They worked quickly and cleaned up after they finished, leaving it difficult to even tell where the work was done.They did everything they promised in the estimate/contract plus more. I even had an unrelated water issue and called the company to see if they possibly nicked the water line (again I later resolved the issue and it was NOT caused by Oklahoma Foundation Solutions). I emailed them late in the evening and had an email back from the owner of the company within an hour letting me know he would talk with the crew.The next morning by 9:00 AM I had a call from Noah and a crew at my doorbell who was stopping by just to make sure that there weren’t any issues. By then I had figured out my issue (again not caused by them). On the phone Noah explained that even though I had resolved the issue, if I found that there were any issues they caused they would 100% cover the repair. Fortunately, that wasn’t required as it was an issue with my water heater, not something they caused.This company does great work, but even more importantly, their customer service is top tier. There are probably a handful of foundation companies in Oklahoma that can fix your issue, but not all of them will have customer service like this.

I needed my foundation fixed quickly and when I called them the answered very quickly and sent out thier consultant. They told me what was going to happen, how it was going happen and how long it would take. Once we set the date they came in very professionally and were done in lesser time than they said. They walked me thru everything, answered all questions that were asked, and answer alot that were not thought of. I hope not to have another foundation problem but if so I will use them again. OFS was highly recommended by our daughter. And let me tell you, we were not disappointed! It was a very smooth process from the moment they came to inspect the structure and provide a quote, to the moment they came to install the piers. The team was very nice and hardworking. Our floors are visibly not tilted anymore, so it is nice to see our house isn't lopsided anymore. My daughter had her piers installed 4 years ago, and the structure is still in great shape! That is why we chose to use them. They guarantee their work and they are reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

We had more than one estimate and each one was very different in price and scope of work. Lester came across as the most honest of them all. His estimate was the best and made the most sense. He explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions. He didn’t recommend more than what was needed and even made suggestions for what we thought we needed but really didn’t. I believe any of the others would have done work we didn’t need. The crew that did the work was very quick, did not leave any mess and left it looking like new. The only way I could tell they were there was the new patches of concrete. I could tell an immediate change in the brick as the cracks were closed up. The crew even sealed where the cracks were and sealed some of the soffit that had fallen due to the settling. 2 things I didn’t expect. All of this along with the transferable warranty, are the reasons I would recommend them over anyone else and will call them if we ever need this type of work done anywhere.

Had the inspector (Mr Lester Faison) come out because we had crackers in our tile floor and 1 crack in our outside wall. We thought that we would need a leveling of our foundation to repair the cracks.Mr. Faison said that the crack in the wall was from normal expansion and contraction due to winter and summer changes here in Oklahoma and the cracks in the tiles was most likely from the floor no being level or tiles not installed correctly.Mr. Faison could have taken an older people and not knowing what goes on in Oklahoma weather and earth but what you see on tv. Mr Faison exsplained every thing where we understood what was going on in our home and recommended a company that could do the repair correctly that his company could do the work correctly.

Jonathan came out to look at some issues on our house. He was on time and super nice. And best yet, he was honest with us that we didn’t need piers at this time, and gave tips to help around our foundation. Such a great quality that is sadly rare these days, I would definitely recommend them!!!!

Noah and his team very amazing! I was in a desperate situation and needed the inspection done on a property ASAP (that day). Within 20 minutes I was called back and Noah moved around his appointments to get me in within the next hour! Noah was so polite and knew exactly what needed. Noah and his team came out and installed piers as directed by my structural engineer. They were able to support and level the house as the engineer directed. Repairs done to long-term cracks in the brick are almost not noticeable. I don’t think anyone will even spot them if I don't point them out. Great job, fast response. Happy with the work and happy that the warranty is transferable. I'm an investor and will definitely use them again. They came highly rated from all my investor friends in my mastermind group.

Great company. Top notch service. High quality products. As real estate investors in Oklahoma City we come across a few new houses we purchase every quarter that have foundation issues. Lester from Oklahoma Foundation Solutions was amazing. He was on time, extremely professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk around my entire property, inside and out, as I showed him areas of concern including cracks in the paint, grout, and concrete patio. He also looked at the grading of the property and drainage. After a thorough inspection, he explained to me the likely causes of the issues and gave me a sigh of relief that they were all essentially superficial in nature. The free estimate was no major work is required at this point! He did show me what they could do to address some of the superficial patio cracks and offered very reasonable high level budgetary estimates. We will definitely call these great folks if our cosmetic concerns grow further! Thanks for delivering great service and not having pushy sales tactics! Great way to build trust and reputation!

I've worked with Noah at Oklahoma Foundation Solutions on a bunch of different homes for a variety of foundation troubles. I can always trust him to give a fair and honest opinion of what work needs to be done - he's not just trying to make a sale.Sometimes I call Noah and ask him to look at a home's foundation because it has some potential sinking/ settling, and he says it needs piers - but often he doesn't.Noah and the other folks at Oklahoma Foundation Solutions are straightforward and helpful.
