We had more than one estimate and each one was very different in price and scope of work. Lester came across as the most honest of them all. His estimate was the best and made the most sense. He explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions. He didn’t recommend more than what was needed and even made suggestions for what we thought we needed but really didn’t. I believe any of the others would have done work we didn’t need. The crew that did the work was very quick, did not leave any mess and left it looking like new. The only way I could tell they were there was the new patches of concrete. I could tell an immediate change in the brick as the cracks were closed up. The crew even sealed where the cracks were and sealed some of the soffit that had fallen due to the settling. 2 things I didn’t expect. All of this along with the transferable warranty, are the reasons I would recommend them over anyone else and will call them if we ever need this type of work done anywhere.

Had the inspector (Mr Lester Faison) come out because we had crackers in our tile floor and 1 crack in our outside wall. We thought that we would need a leveling of our foundation to repair the cracks.Mr. Faison said that the crack in the wall was from normal expansion and contraction due to winter and summer changes here in Oklahoma and the cracks in the tiles was most likely from the floor no being level or tiles not installed correctly.Mr. Faison could have taken an older people and not knowing what goes on in Oklahoma weather and earth but what you see on tv. Mr Faison exsplained every thing where we understood what was going on in our home and recommended a company that could do the repair correctly that his company could do the work correctly.

Very professional and honest... Jonathan came out twice to look at foundation issues for a home renovation. The first time we still had carpet and tile down and the full extent of our repair was unknown. For the 2nd inspection, he had us pull up the carpet and tile to expose everything. Boy am I glad he did, the extent of the repair is major. Noah and his team came out and installed piers as directed by my structural engineer. They were able to support and level the house as the engineer directed. Repairs done to long-term cracks in the brick are almost not noticeable. I don’t think anyone will even spot them if I don't point them out. Great job, fast response. Happy with the work and happy that the warranty is transferable. I'm an investor and will definitely use them again. They came highly rated from all my investor friends in my mastermind group.

I’m a Realtor and had a client who had a crack in an archway over their front porch. After a home inspector wrote an alarming report on possible “failure” of the archway, I called Noah for help. He showed up on time, assessed the entire situation and assured my clients that the integrity of the archway was fine and had his guys come out and repair the small crack. Charles and Noah have 20+ years of experience and it shows. I asked for a quote as a second opinion on a property and they were amazing at saving me money but also educating me on how they assess the home and what factors goes into their assessment when it is an old home. I then hired a structural engineer to assess the home before the steel piers were installed and Charles' assessment was spot on with the structural engineers' assessment. Ultimately I chose Oklahoma Foundatuons Solutions to repair my home because they have experience and know how to get the job done while giving consumers honest assessments. They got my home repaired and saved me money! Honest people and great customer service.

We had many companies come out and give us quotes for piers. and I have to say by far these guys were the most professional and respectful! they did not try and sell us more than we actually needed! received the official quote the same day (as I was not home when thay came out)! we scheduled the appointment and it was within a week (two days actully) of approving the quote! the guys that did the install did an amazing job! I feel they went above and beyond what I paid for! their customer service was absolutely one of the best experiences I've delt with since buying our home! I highly recommend these guys if you need any foundation work or piers installed. I am absolutely blown away by these guys! great company and amazing employees! I give them a 20 out of 10!

After calling several companies and getting quotes for our new house, Oklahoma Foundation Solutions came in by far as the lowest priced. During installation they were courteous and answered a lot of questions that we had. When they were finished the owner came to inspect the work and there were no messes left for us to clean up. When selling my son's house, we thoroughly checked out multiple foundation repair companies as FHA required some repairs for the home to qualify and they are very stringent on their items. We were comparing prices, reviews, and honesty with all of the companies I checked on. I was impressed from the moment I met the rep all the way through the entire process with Oklahoma Foundation Solutions. They were not only the least expensive of the multiple companies that I checked out but they also completed the entire project in one day. Their crew met me when I arrived and showed me what they were doing and how they were accomplishing their work. I cannot stress to you how good this company is. They know their stuff, they follow through with all of their promises and best of all, they offer a lifetime warranty. You cannot go wrong with these guys. My highest recommendation. After what I've seen I wouldn't consider anyone else. BTW, they were nearly 1/3rd the price of the highest bid. 5 out of 5 stars!!!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with OFS. The owner personally came out and inspected my property and was very responsive to any questions I had leading up to and during the work on my house. Noah was honest about the work that my house needed, and never once did I feel like I was being up-sold to something that I didn't need.The crew were some of the hardest workers I've ever seen. In addition to 20 piers on the outside, I had some slab cracks repaired inside my house, and they took great care to clean up after themselves and make sure my house looked as clean when they were finished as it did when they walked in the door. If I didn't know they had been working on my property, I would not be able to tell after the fact, as they took such time/care to clean up and put everything back exactly as it was.These guys have nothing but 5 star reviews, and after working with them I can see why! They definitely went above and beyond my expectations, and I would definitely recommend OFS!

I live in Enid and have a pier and beam house. I had asked for some companies in Enid to come look and none of them ever showed. I call OFS and they came out within a week, evaluated my issues, and came up with a plan that fit my budget. I got them scheduled to come out and they were done with the work in two days. I highly recommend this company! We had an awful crack in our foundation through our dining room, living room and down our hallway. Oklahoma Foundation Solutions came out for an estimate and I was so happy when they gave us our quote and told us it would only take them a day of work. On the day of, they were some of the nicest people I had ever met. They took such care to plastic sheet off the rest of our home to protect it from dust and when I came back at the end of the day, they were mopping the floors. Some of the sweetest and most proficient workers I’ve ever come across! We will use them in the future and recommend them to family and friends!

We talked with several foundation companies who recommended a variety of solutions, hired two structural engineers to review the recommendations, had estimates ranging from $56,000 plus to $6,000 plus to fix the problems, and frankly we were in a quandary as to what to do to repair our foundation issues. When we contacted Noah at Oklahoma Foundation Solutions, he came out and reviewed the engineering reports and examined our home and scheduled a time for his partner to come out to consult with us on the interior issues as well. After careful consideration, we decided to follow their recommendation.They quickly scheduled our project, arrived on time and got to work at an impressive rate. Everything went as promised, and after placing exterior piers, they filled in the holes, and restored the ground to a degree that was amazing. You could not tell that any digging had occurred. Inside, their work was neat, clean and well done. Within a few days, the cracks above the doors began to close up, and our foundation "felt" more stable.In short, we are beyond happy with the job that they did, and the results that were achieved. Everyone who worked with us was professional, caring, kind, honest and helpful. In observing their work, our neighbor was so impressed that he hired them to fix his foundation problems. Their work ethic is fabulous, their prices are fair and reasonable and everyone connected with this company is exceptional. We highly recommend Oklahoma Foundation Solutions.

It was quite a frustration when trying to look for the right people to fix my sinking foundation. I got estimates from three different companies and they either gave me no clear explanation about how the job would be done, no proper solution to where I need to fix or excessive and unnecessary works. Noah was excellent through the entire ordeal. There were several bad weather days and other uncontrollables that held us up but he kept me informed each step of the way and verified everything before moving ahead with anything. He always responded and I never felt he was out of reach. My girlfriend and I had a loooooot going on at the time and Noah worked with us to make sure everything went smooth. If you are looking through and debating which foundation company to use you would be doing yourself a disservice not to give Noah and OFS an opportunity. The price was right and the warranty for the work just put it all over the top. I couldn't appreciate it any more.

[OFS] was the first company I found online and gave them a call. Noah was prompt giving us an honest estimate of what was needed and what was not needed to be done. We were so pleased with his delivery that my wife and I didn't get any other estimates. My son-in-law is a contractor in Arkansas and when I showed him the sketches of the plan I went with, he gave a guesstimate and was within a $100. Knowing your home has foundation issues is stressful enough. You shouldn't have to add to that stress by worrying about the company that you choose to correct the problem. Noah came highly recommended, as a company and as a person. He walked the whole house and explained his recommendations with patience for my questions. Some of the locations I thought were issues and he agreed, while he did not hesitate to explain why a few other locations I pointed out were NOT issues and would NOT require a repair. Charles from OK Foundation Solutions came out the same day we called to schedule a free estimate and explained in simple terms what we needed. Not pushy and not condescending like a few others that we called during this process. When it came to scheduling, we worked with Noah, who really accommodated our tight schedule to get the work done before we had some personal events occur that would have made the work more challenging all-around. I had a property under contract to sell. We got bad news, it needed significant pier work. I thought the contract was going to bust. One of my realtor friends recommended this company. I called several companies, and they all wanted to schedule meetings at the property a week out. Not Oklahoma Foundation Solution. They didn't need to meet me face to face to try to get me to sign a contract after waiting a week. They went out the day next day and gave me a bid, the best deal out of all the bids I received. They did great work at a reasonable price. They cleaned up so well I couldn't tell they had even been there.

I called OFS for a second opinion, as the first bidder offered a solution that didn't even make logical sense and was very costly. I was uneasy and felt the first bidder only wanted my money and had little intetest in resolving my issue. OFS was very professional, on-time, and provided very detailed explanations. They offered reasonable solutions and prices. If I were to move and encounter foundational issues again, I would use them again without a doubt!!!
