Noah Zuhdi
Oklahoma City native and world champion boxer Noah Zuhdi has made a career out of carving out his own path and flourishing with groundbreaking ideas. From the courtroom to the boxing ring to the real estate arena, Zuhdi’s combination of dedication, ingenuity, and versatility has forged a string of successes. The business expert co-founded Oklahoma Foundation Solutions, LLC to continue that success and provide customers with the needed care and streamlined responsiveness that will give them the ultimate customer experience.
Zuhdi was an NAIA Academic All-American, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Zuhdi entered the University of Oklahoma College of Law in the fall of 2006 and simultaneously began boxing. Zuhdi graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and was sworn in to be a lawyer in 2009.
Zuhdi fought and won the World Boxing Union World Lightweight Title in 2012. After a second dominant championship title defense, Zuhdi stepped away from boxing to focus on a burgeoning real estate business. World Champ Real Estate has achieved exponential growth in the last several years because of its focus on efficiency and client connection. Equal parts sincerity and efficacy, World Champ Real Estate has served Oklahoma with dozens of residential homes and rentals.
The heralded athlete and entrepreneur has experienced all facets of foundation issues. Through his legal experience, Zuhdi knows what it will take to keep clients safe. Through his real estate experience, Zuhdi knows the timely and precise needs of homeowners and investors. And through his work with OFS, Zuhdi knows how to provide the most efficient and comfortable experience.
Charles Dowlearn
Co-founder and Chief Technician Charles Dowlearn has found his way as a leader in the foundation industry over the last 38 years. Even as a student, Dowlearn plied his trade over summer break as he pitched in for his family’s company. Growing up in the business, his keen instincts for protecting the home were honed.
The experience served him well as he was promoted to supervisor roles. Perhaps most importantly, he cares about his craft sees a need for the industry to move forward. Troubleshooting persistent problems with unique solutions became his calling card. Several years ago, Dowlearn developed the Perforation Point Process (PPP) while using steel piers. Expanding as the pier penetrates, the PPP pier was able to not only reach load-bearing strata, but create a platform there as well.
Utilizing his innovative techniques and delivering his efforts with sincerity, Dowlearn founded Oklahoma Foundation Solutions, LLC. He believes that the combination of advanced technology and prompt service at affordable rates set OFS apart.
